Founding members are members who have joined the Council between the AAR Leadership Conference in October 2002 and the end of the AAR Winter Conference on March 14, 2003. Corporate and local association members will be listed in all member rosters and are also founding members if they joined by March 14, 2002. Founding members will be recognized on all membership lists.

All members will receive member discounts at Council events and all other member benefits to be established. If an event is free to members, only one Corporate Member representative will be allowed to attend at no charge.
