COMMERCIAL AIR FLIGHTS TO PENASCO

One of the challenges of Penasco was that it was easier for Americans to get there from the U.S. than it was for Mexican developers and business people! They would have to either fly to the U.S. (and the homeland security nightmares) plus they can not take a rental car into Mexico, so therefore a bus, taxi to Penasco from the border. Or they would have to fly to Hermosillo, take a 6 hr. bus drive or rent a car and pay about 100 USD rd. trip in tolls from there. Or fly to Mexicali and basically the same, a real pain and expense to get here!! So this is GREAT NEWS!! Because when the Mexican business people can support a growing area, with businesses, services, etc. everyone benefits…PASS THE WORD!!! Aeroliteral is PART OF AEROMEXICO..Mexico’s largest airline. Let’s support their new route! Aeromexico and the State government and local government have worked very hard on getting this to happen. Starting Sept. 4th, a new comercial flight from Hermosillo to Puerto Penasco – on Aerolitoral! Flight 2350 will leave Hmo. At 10:40 in the a.m. on tues, tours. And Sundays and from PP to Hmo. The flight will leave at 14:00 hrs. The ticket (one way) will cost $699 pesos – approx. 63 USD dollars plus tax. And will have 11 existing connections to, Ciudad de México, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Ciudad Obregón, La Paz, Chihuahua, Culiacán, Loreto, Torreón, Los Mochis y Hermosillo.
